    Online education seems to be here to stay but it also has weaknesses and it must support the system already in place to be really effective!

    Thanks for finding this infographic. From what I can tell, the student satisfaction with online courses is improving. Also interesting is that most training for instructors of online courses is through internal training programs. Each learning institution has its own set of goals for their online instructors, which may account for training remaining largely internal.

    Have you seen any other infographics from years previous focused on the same data?

      Hi Billy,

      Good comments. I think tools like QualityMatters and the Community of Inquiry Model are helping instructors improve their courses, and leading to improved student satisfaction. We are providing training for our own faculty. How are your faculty being trained?

      This is the first time I’ve seen infographics included with this annual report.
