Student perception of collaborative small group projects using synchronous and asynchronous tools

This Sloan-C 2011 session will report on findings from a three-year study that explored how different communication tools may impact small group collaborative learning projects in an online course. The primary goal of this session is to share successful techniques for organizing and facilitating small group collaborative projects in online and blended courses.

    Is a narrated version of this presentation available? I’m in the process of organizing content to help our online instructors integrate collaboration tools into their courses and this is great stuff. Very interested to see more!

      Thanks for your feedback. I’m working on the recording now to clean up some of the audio as we used the built-in mic. I would be happy to discuss this with you sometime and learn more about what you are doing with collaborative learning tools.
