I really like your idea of creating a content area labeled &quot;Faculty Information&quot; and using it rather than the designated Contacts tool.  You gain the flexibility of adding any type of content that you want to add as part of the page such as an embedded video introduction or a podcast.  I will pass along your suggestion to our faculty.</description>

I don&#039;t use the contact feature but instead compose my info directly into a folder. This allows me to use html or the WYSIWYG editor for bold text, colors, bullets, etc. When students click on Faculty Information, they see everything directly on that page. It&#039;s more user-friendly that way. Also there&#039;s no problem with the page reverting to default &quot;not available&quot; for students when using the folder option instead of the contact option. I agree though that BB messed up on this feature as it&#039;s very difficult to make a visually appealing faculty page in the current platform. Nice video :-)</description>
